This year the library has organized a bookmark competition to celebrate Book Day. The L1 teachers encouraged their students to create bookmarks with the details of one of the books they have liked the most. On one side of the bookmark they had to draw a picture that depicted the story or the characters of the book they have chosen and on the other side they had to write a brief summary and their opinion. The librarian collected all the bookmarks, more than 100, laminated them and gave them numbers so that they could be used instead of names during the voting days. The Bookmarks have been on display in the library since 20^th April. Also the students and the teachers have voted for the bookmarks they liked best. Finally, on the 26^th April the winners were announced: the 1^st prize a S5E student, the 2^nd prize a S3F student and the 3^rd prize a S2E student. All price winners received their prizes from the librarian: a book voucher each, as a reward for their passion for reading.

Teachers and students have enjoyed the activity and the library would like to schedule if for next year.
